Cancellation Policy
Lash extensions policy - If you have had any previous allergic reaction to lash extensions, you must disclose this - I am unable to offer you this service. Patch tests are available, booking without a patch test is accepting liability if you have a reaction. Infills are required up to 3 weeks OR at least 40% of lashes (this is after outgrown lashes have been removed) Please insure you are booking the correct service so your service can be completed to the best of my ability and to a high standard. Please arrive on time so my work can be completed to a high standard. Lash extensions must be cleaned daily with foam cleanser. If there is continued build up on lash extensions and aftercare is not being followed retention may be affected/your lashes may have to be removed. Deposits are non refundable, you may be able to change appointment time (on the same day - subject to availability, this must be done at least 24 hours of your appointment. Free correction in 48 hours.
